Who we are

Dr Dylan Galloghly DPsych MSc BSc

Dr Galloghly studied undergraduate psychology at Queen’s University Belfast (Northern Ireland) before completing his clinical and forensic postgraduate training at Curtin and Edith Cowan Universities in Western Australia (WA). He has published research in psychiatric and psycho-legal journals.  

Dr Galloghly is an Expert Witness for the Supreme Court of WA for High-Risk Serious Offender (HRSO) and Criminal Law (Mental Impairment) (CLMI) proceedings. He provides various forensic assessments for individuals and criminal law firms, as well as independent reports for matters involving parenting capacity and child custody. Dr Galloghly also holds an adjunct senior position with Community Mental Health Services, is a WA committee member of the Australian and New Zealand Association of Psychiatry, Psychology and Law (ANZAPPL), and lectures on offending matters for post-graduate university programs.
