Dr Galloghly completed his undergraduate psychology studies at Queens University Belfast (N. Ireland) before completing his clinical and forensic post-graduate training at Curtin and Edith Cowan Universities. He has published research in psychiatric and psycho-legal journals.
Dr Galloghly is a court appointed expert witness for the Supreme Court of Western Australia (WA) and holds adjunct senior positions within the WA Health Department. He is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Association of Psychiatry, Psychology and Law (ANZAPPL) and lectures on offending matters for post-graduate university programs.
